  1. Vf is the volumetric fraction of fibers, Rsp is the ratio of the superplasticizer content relative to the cement mass content, Sl is the slump of fresh concrete, Ac is the air content of fresh concrete, and ρc, fc(t), fsp, fr, and Ec are the dry density, compressive strength at age t, splitting tensile strength, modulus of rupture, and modulus of elasticity of hardened concrete, respectively.
